[Solved] 1992 Close AM?

I thought I had found a 1992 Close AM Lincoln Cent, I was thrilled but I had sent images to two different places for confirmation. The responses I got was not what I expected & left me with more questions. 1 said it was worth the face value, the other said $12 bucks. They never said why it was not a close AM, nor did they say anything about the fact it is a DD on both sides. Could someone tell me what they think please.
