Returns

You may return unused and undamaged items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on customized, engraved, special order, or made-to-order items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide details for how to return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please include your order confirmation number and reason for return inside the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so that you can confirm when your return is delivered back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are made for items returned within 30 days of delivery that are unused, undamaged, and in new condition.

We will issue your refund in the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or other available variant, please contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to arrange an exchange where possible for unworn, undamaged items still in new condition.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will provide return shipping instructions so you can send back the original item, and will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost once we receive your return.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all items for damage or defects and contact us right away if there are any issues. We want to make it right if an item arrives damaged or not as described.

If you notice any damage or defects when you receive your order, take clear photographs showing the issues and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement item or full refund.
