Hello, I have Two dollar bicentennial commemorative bill issued on April 13, 1976 in a specially sealed cachet.

The certificate that comes with it cites, “This is to certify that the Two-Dollar U.S. currency bill in this specially sealed cachet is an authentic Federal Reserve Note - and America’s only Bicentennial commemorative bill, obtained in Philadelphia, the city where our country was born, on the bill’s First Day of Public Issue: April 13, 1976. So long as the seals are undisturbed and unbroken, the bill’s historic status is inviolate.

Signed by the Chairman, The Bicentennial Council of the Thirteen Original States. unfortunately, I cannot make out the signature.

I am curious as to the value of this two dollar bill?
