I found your page on a cursory search and followed the advice of asking here:
Today I found this bill in a drawer of my deceased dad. My parents had an aunt in the US and she send the bill over for my birth celebration in 1977.
It came in the above pictured wrapping and look pretty mint to my untrained eye.
Below are two pictures without the wrapping.
It has Neff signature, if I’m not mistaken and is from Washington.
Could you help me out? I live in Germany so it might be hard to find an expert over here. Cheers,
